Ok so I download the game.ini file. From my understanding I put the file in the Dolphin directory and it should load. Well that's what I did and nothing loads up in Dolphin. Help anyone? EDIT: After thinking, Do I need to have the ISO's on my harddrive for it to tell me info on it?
