i get into playing a game i get about 1/2 way through a level and then all the sudden out of the blue the game stops responding and i have to do it all over again. does anyone know why it keeps doing this?

is there anyone who can help get me started on how to use this? i downloaded it and tried to run it but i have no idea how to use it and there is no readme with it. or if there is a link to getting started i would appreciate it. thanks!
