I need to know how to get past the error shown below. I am running windows XP DirectX9

When I try to start it it comes up with the message: The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library kernal32.dll. Anyone Know how to fix this?

When I load a rom, I can't acess the toolbar or the buttons on the top. In the mean time I'll use Pj64.

When I try to run it, I can't even get to the dk rap, it just goes blank, and I can't do anything.
