Wha is an RSP plugin? and i think i need one to play Banjo-tooie... Where can i get one?

how do i get the cheats to work? i go into the cheats menu and press activate, on the cheats i want.... then do i just go back into the game? or is there something to do with that "apply gameshark green button cheats"? >_<

While playing majoras mask i discovered that i cannot move my little box thing over to where the items are..... >_< therefore i cannot equip items and cannot proceed with the game :cry: can someone help me?
