In banjo tooie, there's some vines and leaves and stuff that i have to tiptoe through by tapping the analong stick lightly, but since i have no analog stick and cant hit it lightly, Is it impossible?

I downloaded dolphin and i didnt come with memcard_a.raw or whatever its supposed to be in the data folder and whenever I try to play a game I "have no memory card in slot A" and can never save or save state, any suggestions??:(
