Here ya go slougi, I resized it down and converted it to it original colors.

just noticed the optimization screwed up the outer black lines, you may need to fix them.

Here is the original in Animation Shop Format, maybe you can find a program with a better optimizer or something. This file can be exported to jpeg by each frame and recompiled using a better software since PSP and AniShop are crap.
