When I Add cheat codes, and then return to game. They are not working. When I return to the Cheat form the cheat is no longer there. Also I am using games which are in the JNES.CHT file but many of the games are not being recognized that they are indeed that game. Any solutions??

I just checked it out in 0.50 beta 2 ( which is what I assume you are using ) and it adds to the Jnes.cht file fine as far as I can tell, not sure what kind of trouble you are having.
