Hi,
ON some games when i go in2 full screen mode,they come out in a a black box in the center,also does it when not in full screen,here`s a few screenshot of california speed!

does anyone know how to fix this ?

It's a known thing with somegames.
Try starfox, it also has this problem.

I know it does with 1964, Pj64, (Nemu... i think), and Apollo, I'm not exactly sure about ultrahle...

if an emu doesn't do this, it's wrong (it's probably stretching the image)

Why is it bad to stretch the image? Do the N64 draw borders on the TV screen?

Televisions have overscan, so the black borders are hidden beyond the edge of the screen. You could simulate the effect via your monitor's controls.

best idea is to put the game into fullscreen and stretch the image using the monitor controlls

yeah i believe so, if you look at e.g. Zelda you'll see the HUD icons appear a long way into the centre of the picture.
