Controller drifting

I just got nemu64 and while mario 64 works great, the controller keeps drifting. I calibrated and works fine under windows setup, and all my other games work fine, just not on nemu64.

I have thrustmaster dual analog and trying to use left thumbstick to control player. Is there a way to widen the dead zone from within Nemu?
