HELP!!! I cannot get harvest moon 64 to stop blinking, or swithching frames so slowly, or however you want to put it. but it is also slowing down the game.

Um..how about giving us your system specs? Your 1964 version? The plugins being used? The ROM settings?

video: 1964 OpenGL Graphics build 4.5.0
sound: no audio plugin
Input: basic keyboard input

I am using a 1964 version 0.8.4.

No wonder :/ My experiences with the built-in OpenGL plugin have been pure crap. Get Jabo's D3D6 1.5 vid plugin. Its bundled with the latest release of PJ64.

i have installed the d3d6 but the game has stopped altogether, what do i do now?????????

Tell the good fold your computer specifications. Processor speed, how much memory, what type of video card, what operating sustem you use, etc etc. That should help these good people :)

By the way use Jabo D3D6 1.5 plugin instead of 1.4

lmao, the opengl plugin hasn't been worked on for pretty long time so it isn't so good ;)
You could try evoodoo+glide64, see if that works.
