How can I overclock my proccesor, and what are the risks of it?

It depends. If you have sufficient heat dissepation tools then it really shouldn't be much of a problem. How to? That also depends. Some mobos have jumpers, some have the option in the bios to change the FSB (though i doubt the latter with your Intel mobo :sly: ) Dont even think about the multiplier settings because the PII and after have it LOCKED UP, only FSB OCing will work. Even though with a cpu like yours i really dont see the need. :plain2:

Yeah, your Intel should run good at about 1.3 gigs, thats really fast enough for most things.

someone said u can overclock ur p4 1.6 to 2.5 not sure though if thats true or not
