I have downloaded 1 file that is split into three different parts. Im told to get Winrar to somehow join the three parts together, but is it possible to do that with Winzip?

first extract the files inside the 3 rar files and then re-rar it with winrar into 1 file (make sure you don't set a maxium 1 part file size limit)

Winrar will automatically join the three files. Just select the first part of the archive.

Use Ultimatezip, it's freeware, and supports *.ACE, *.RAR, *.ZIP, and quite a few others. (It also supports multi-file archives)
