RSP and rom resize?

Does anybody know where can I find the RSP version that had the 2 new options(RES2 and ucode) I just cant find it?

How can I resize a rom into 128mb(PJ64 advice for a rom)?

Please give me your lights.

Tthe unofficial RSP plugin is i ncluded with Rice's D3D8 plugin, somewhere in the depths of the Plugins forum. I'm sure there'll be a link on Emulation64 somewhere.

That plugin is not supported here so use it your own risk.. AFAIK it is depreciated by Jabo's v1.5 (someone will correct me).

Nagano Winter Olympics '98 - it does say in the GameFAQ you can use RTool.
