Doom64/hacking

hi, I am trying to view the graphics inside the rom I have, I used some programs and all I see is static! how can I view the textures, sprites, and other images inside the doom64 rom properly? can someone help?

I tired all kinds of programs, and all formats, like n64 true color etc. or something like that.

but all I see is static and other wired colors.
