in the txt there is write that banjo tooie is fully playable whith this plug in but which emulator i must use?pj64 doesn't work...

There isn't any at the moment that plays it fully.

Apollo is VERY close!!! It has never crashed aka 1964 but just has a minor input nigglt that Azi is cracking (With Gent) I also believe PJ1.5 Beta 2 will have it fully playable!!!
