AMD Athlon XP Power Supply Help

Hey I am wanting a little help trying to find the correct power supply unit that's compatable with AMD Athlon XP processors and motherboards. When browsing web sites that sell them, they usually say things like 300 watt PSU and they mainly say P4 ready. Will these be compatable with Athlon XP processors and motherboards too?
