Wetrix: Runs way too fast

I'm running Project64 v1.4 on windows XP. I can load wetrix fine, but the game plays way too fast. I have "Limit FPS" turned on, so it's always at 60. I used goodn64 to see if my rom was good, and it was.

system:
athlon 1.53
256 ddr
geforce2 gts-v

It also runs on daedalus, but again way too fast. any ideas?
