Why emu authors aways say that voodoo,savage4,ati rage pro,intelxxxx and other videocards don't support directx good enough and their plugins aren't compitable with this videocards.

Glide 0.1 with Evoodoo 3.0 is as fast as jabo's plugin and is compitable with almost all videocards!!! WHY?

Evoodoo 3.0 output Directx as result and is compitable, why other plugins aren't.

Please, someone of the emu authors answer!

It's because other cards do not have the right blending modes (mostly), to output the graphics right.
The geforce has, that's why they are recommended.

because jabo only uses the best, correct, highest quality ways of doing things, which only good graphics cards support all of, the wrappers by their nature are concerned with using whatever roughly works.. now Jabo could support more of these "approximate" methods, but that would take time that he thinks is better spent getting things to look even better on good cards.
