im new to any kind of emulation and therefore need a little help. ive got pj64 but ive only downloaded 1 rom (mario)as a tester to see what it is like. the graphics and speed are perfect but the sound breaks up. is there a plugin i need or is there another way to get the sound running smoothly. thanx 2 anyone that replys!!!!!!!

What are your specs and use jabo's directsound

my specs are amd athlon xp1600+, 1.4ghz, sis 64mb onboard graphics 40gig hd, 16bit sound sis, 52xcdrom, 15" samsung moniter etc etc........

In the Audio Plugin settings.

Also, please don't make multiple posts asking the same thing (it can get very annoying) + don't make Rom requests, as you did earlier!

is the frame rate limiter off couse if the game runs to fast the sound is going crappy

The best settings for either Jabo's or my audio plugin is to turn off FPS Limiter and check Sync Audio. Turn FPS Limiter off from the CPU menu and "configure' audio from the plugin menu to check Sync Audio.

I think we needn't explain much more for this guy. It's obious that he hasn't even read the readme that comes with pj.
Sheesh, read it before asking stupid questions!
