uhh dude thats no sweat. ive gotten higher than that with all characters. just play the game on very hard and try not to die on any level for no miss clear, try for speed king to. ive gotten speed demon three times on very hard.

Or you could just use the cheats with 1964 or the Gameshark thing with Pj64.
