Why don't you call the waaay off-topic the spam forum? It gets confusing to post what you want to post if there are two very similar forums you can post in. Use the waaay off-topic forum like a test forum for people to test their signatures & avatars like it is in emuforums.com.:colgate:

i think the waayy off-topic forum is good the way it is. its basically the talk of the town discussions that get lenghty, there is nothing wrong with that.
