pls help with pj64 savestates!!!

Hi I have a, no two requests:
First, I need a 100% save state of Zelda; OoT
And second: How do I import save states?

Happy about every answer.

1st: You can find Zelda and other games saves here ---> http://emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=31674
2nd: To import saves or savestates,You need to put them into Save folder in Your Project64 directory.
