technically ya CAN! hehe, 2fast, ever heard the term: "Taking the fifth" at least i think its the fifth, please someone correct me if i'm wrong, you can technically screw yourself over in the court of law;) hehe oo well damn lawyers:blush:

heh, interesting issue dude ;) u r right, it's the 5th ammendment in the bill of rights of the constitution of the united states of america.


nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself

so stricly speaking it's not possible to burden urself in a court of law ;) not sure if it's legally permissible to use that against u though ...
