This game uses the D-pad not the analogue stick.
There are like a million threads asking the exact same question. Including the thread right below yours at this very moment X-(
go to replacementdocs.com and read the instruction manual for the game.
EDIT: I see that you have in fact posted in that other thread. Still, the problem is definitely with your control configuration and/or using the wrong buttons.
