Rom not working...

Can someone help me! I downloaded the The world is not enough rom, but after like two or three weeks after getting the game the rom won't start up! i redownloaded the rom but it still won't work. (plus the frame per second (FPS) is ranged from 0.05-0.75) can someone help me resove this problem?!!

Squall means please provide us with some information. Any information at all.
Like version of project 64, which plugins you are using, your system specs, have you changed any settings recently, etc...
I'd guess the cause is that you've been using save states to save all along, and your save has become corrupted.
Check out Help > User manual > Using Project 64 > Saving and loading game progress.
