hehehe I wanted to rename the cat to "Gabby", more appropriate for EmuTalk. Plus i actually have a cat named Gabby. But his name is Tabby, can't change that...unless I patch him to Tabby v1.1.
What's new in Tabby 1.1:
-T +G. Tabby now Gabby

Alright, now I've got the 0.8.3c patch. Zelda, Ocarina of time (U), not (E), will run. And the opening videos when you start a game don't seem to crash now. But that other crash still happens. I'd say less than 5 minutes into playing the game, it just suddenly stops. All percentages (video, sound, idle) drop to 0, an the program locks up. I've already uninstalled any 1964 emus, rebooted, an re-installed the new .8.3, an then put the patches on it in order (a, then c). Still, with only normal settings (IE, no turning on expansion pack, leaving advanced settings as they come up normally) except -maybe- for RSP settings, where both display and audio lists are checked (the Azimar .4 beta audio plugins can do lists, right? An if Jabo's D3D video settings has an option for display list culling, it should support display lists, right?), it still crashes just like it was before.. leaving me to believe now that my problem is how things are setup, not the emu. Any help would be appriciated. I know someone else is able to play these games on this emu, so there has to be some way to get this to work! WinXP Pro, Geforce2MX400 64meg vid card, 256megs ram, Tbird 1.4ghz.

ok i have seen this now too. It will be tracked down and fixed. Thanks. In the meantime I'd suggest to use 0.7.3.

I just tested all 5 versions of Zelda OOT (U) and (E) and they were fine. Only thing i can think of is make sure that "FPU Hack" is turned off, all the Zelda OOT have to have it off to run :)
