I haven't yet found an emulator that supports this (unless I need to change a setting or something). Transbot has a cheat mode that is activated by holding 2 while the SEGA logo is displayed, until a cheat menu comes up. However, this doesn't work in emulators because they go straight to the game (no SEGA logo). On ones where the SEGA logo is displayed, it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to access this cheat menu? Thanks!
