Dump textures not working

I've tried using the Rice Video plugin 6.1.1 and 6.1.4 on seperate installs for project 64. Whenever I try and dump textures it just says 'checking' and it runs through all the files but there's NO pngs or bmps in the texture_dump folder. What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to upgrade The New Tetris textures.

I searched all HDDs for pngs, bmps and even jpgs! Nothing

When I click 'dump textures to files' it reads through a whole bunch - it says 'checking'.

The path that its checking as it reads through all the textures is

C:\Program Files (x86)\Project64 1.6\Plugin\texture_dump\NEWTETRIS\

I checked the plugin folder and there's no folder in it, it didn't create those subdirectories.

I tried creating the folder myself and then dump the textures. The Folders are empty. Its like its checking the texture but they're not there.
