Hi, I have been playing Zelda:OOT and have made it to a point where I need to hookshot to something in a short amount of time, but the placement where the object I'm trying to hookshot to is, makes it impossible for me to hit it; because, the screen doesn't flow smoothly enough when I'm moving up, down, left, and right. What can I change to fix it? Without having it fixed then I guess I'll have to just quit the game since I can't move forth until I complete this.

I'm guessing you're using a keyboard, in which case you're better off using a controller with an analog stick. The keyboard sucks for most N64 games. Alternatively, you can use N-Rage's input plugin and configure the range of the analog stick to be a fairly low value, which may enable you to get past the part you're having difficulty with.

Alright cool. Is the plugin called Transferpak emulation?

No - that means emulating an N64 transer pak

You must be looking in the wrong place.
You change plugins at options>settings and using the drop-down menu under "input (controller) plugin".
If the N-rage plugin is not there then get it here: http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=36135
DO read the installation and use instructions.
