hey my first post i'm a novice so if you need to explain anything, can you spell it out step by step?

I just downloaded a new anti-virus system, and now project 64 wont work on my computer, it just says "graphics error. you may need to restart your emulator." then it crashes. Help?

Check Options --> Settings --> Plugins.

You might also want to post your computer specs.

At your service, dood!
1. If installing an Antivirus caused it to stop working, remove it and see if it remedys the situation.

2. To get computer specification either tell us the make and model of the laptop so we can look it up OR

go to start menu, if you have a box to input text into type 'dxdiag' otherwise, click Run and then type dxdiag and hit enter.

Then copy the info from the first tab, and the display tab on the window that appears and post it in a reply here.

Oh btw, I apologize if I'm a little skeptical of you since your username implys you may be an Internet Troll.

Specs is short for specifications. It means what hardware your computer has.

Can you show us the rest of your dxdiag text dump? All we got so far are your processor, RAM, and OS.

No. There are eight tabs on the DirectX diagnostic: System, DirectX Files, Display, Sound, Music, Input, Network and More Help. You posted the contents of the System tab. In addition we require the information on the Display tab.
