Pushed a button, now it wont work.

Okay, so Ive been using PJ64 for about a week now, and everything was fine and honkey-dorey, until I pushed the stupid F1 button. Now, my screen is just black. When I play my Yoshi, theres sound but no pic, and for Majora's Mask, theres just nothing. Ive tried deleting and re-DLin it but it still doesnt work.
I need some help ASAP por favor!!!!!

It might be good to actually tell other that might have the same problem just how you fixed it.
