How innovating. :/ Not.

It seems Nintendo is hellbent on printing money, eh?

Well what I was thinking that was interesting is the RAW horsepower they are putting into the thing. AARM11 and ARM9 (the DS has an ARM9 and ARM7 instead) rather beeffy. To give you an idea of how much power that is, the ARM11 is equivalent to a P4 at double the clock speed. (so if the ARM11 ran at say 200mhz it's the same as a P4 at 400 mhz 500mhz 1Ghz etc.) Also floating point support as well. (ARM9 series didn't have floating point support by default it was an option ARM11 does and I believe the DS ARM9 did not have FP).

The original DS (and lite) lack an FPU on either ARM chip
