Cant run dolphin

Hi there, i'm trying to run the latest build of dolphin but everytime i load it i get plugin errors telling me they're not there and they are.

"Error loading DLL plugins/Plugin_nJoy_SDL.dll: the specified module could not be found"

"Error loading DLL plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll: the specified module could not be found"

"Error loading DLL plugins/Plugin_VideoDX9.dll: the specified module could not be found"

Ive tried redownloading the emu and nothing. ive tried it on windows xp sp3 and windows 7 and i get the same error. works fine on my brothers pc for some reason?

Core 2 Quad Q8200
4GB OCZ 1066MHz Reaper DDR2
Asus P5Q-VM Motherboard

yeah the plugins are there which is strange

i'll search but i couldnt find much on google yesterday
