"Installing" them is as simple as copying the plugin file to Project64's Plugin folder and then selecting the new plugin(s) as active plugins in the emulator.
If your video hardware is up to the task and fast enough, Google and use Glide64 'Napalm'. If you want, you can also grab Rice's plugin. Check the Plugins forum.
