dolphin panic message

hi, i got this problem and it says error creating directory: .\user\gc\usa\:3

after that it says "could not write memory card file.\user\gc\usa\memorycarda.raw.
are you running dolphin from a cd/dvd, or is the save file maybe write protected? "
