How to Transport Saved Files

My friend and I have a career going on in Banjo-Tooie for Project64 and I was wanting to play it at my house without having to start over. I know how to save but I have no idea where it saves the file to. Can anyone help me out with how to find the file, put it on a flash drive, or if this is even possible?
