Thats because nobody wants them, everybody bought a GF3 Ti and a few weeks later they brought out the GF4. And to be honest, next time I upgrade I'm going with ATI.

Errr.... Take a look at www.matroxusers.com, also their forums. Also check the General hardware section of Matrox (www.matrox.com) for a thread named G-1000 continued and read on for a bit.

Oh and be sure to check out the section named "The Crystal Ball" in the murc (matrox users resource center) forum. Look for stuff about the Parhelia ;)

Arh! ok, the stuff i heard about the matrox card is that they are going to blow the gf4 ti cards by double the memory, meaning, yes, 256 mbits of ddr memory in the video!!:) BUT initial price from what i've heard is going to be any where from 500 to 600 bucks, american dollars;) In like 5 or 6 months there is going to be that release? correct me if i'm wrong, im going off my crapy short term memory, BUT the gainward version of the gf4 is one of the best ones to offer, plus in a month i will have pleanty of money to buy that and more so its cool;)

Supposedly chip announcement is in a month or so (propably on E3). Release should be some time during the summer.

Hmmmm, i checked the page which described someone overclocking a gf3 by putting a homemade water cooling system on it... Does it mind if i put the pc into a fridge instead? :P

I'll put you on the north pole ;)
Seriously though, yes it would. Putting it simply in a freezer would encourage water condensation on various components of the pc. Water cooling does not have this problem when using room warm water.
