You have to either have a graphics card or an integrated graphics chip in your system, otherwise, you wouldn't be able to see anything. It would do you good to actually know what kind of a computer you have, though.
In any case, sounds like another case of Intel. Switch to Jabo's Direct3D6 plugin and see if that helps.
If you want to check your graphics hardware and other stuff about your system, click on Start --> Run, type "dxdiag" and click OK. Check the Display tab in the program that opens.

You don't need to get any "pugins". Jabo's Direct3D6 comes with Project64 1.6.

Yeah, you do that. Jabo's Direct3D6 works well with Intel chips so you should at least get the game(s) to run stable, although you might run into some graphical problems because the plugin isn't quite as wood as the D3D8 one.

As a final measure, make sure you update the graphics chips's drivers.

You know, it would help you (and us) if you were more specific about what kind of problem you really have. "I can't make PJ64 to work because of my plugins" doesn't make the cut.

I tried to eat a banana yesterday but it wouldn't work because of the fruit.
That's about as precise as your "i cant make the pj64 to work because of my plugins". ;)
