In SA 2 there are alot of things where i can see below, and see no floor at all, etc., also my FPS is very low (30-50/60), any way of fixing short of a new Graphics Card?
You wouldn't happen to have an integrated Intel graphics chip (or a very old graphics card that is below all perceived minimum requirements)? If so, then no, there's not much you can do to fix it short of a new graphics card.

It's sorely old, i guess i'll just get a new one, that should fix it right? I don't wanna play a game where i go too slow (especially with Sonic lol) and where the floor is invisible
Yes, that should fix things, as long as the card supports hardware Transform&Lighting (and all cards in the past of 8-10 or so years support it) everything should be just fine.
