GCN Demo disc for UK`ers?

Whilst flicking through the new Official Nintendo Magazine in work tonight, I saw an advert for the coming soon `Official GCN Magazine`.. On the front cover, it said `Free GabeCube CD`.. So if this turns out to be a demo CD, or a PC CD remains to be seen.

Fingers crossed for the demo CD.. :D

You can pick those CDs up from GAME. Don't know if there free or not, but I think they are.

Nope, it was an advert for the official GameCube magazine, not the official Nintendo magazine, which is where that disc came from.

I doubt they're giving away free GC discs. Cuz they're expensive to manufacture, ya know. It's not a regular DVD you can get with other mags (eg PS2 or PC mags).

Well, seeing as Nintendo UK is being nice to us and everything with the low prices, I thought it could be possible! ;)

Those discs are EVERYWHERE. About a dozen magazines have them, any store with NGC boxes has them... I have 4. But I had mine first because I got it from the MILLA (spelling?) trade show along with a her-f*ckin-uge notepad and a kick ass GameCube logo pin badge :P

The CD I meant that they could be giving away (I think with any games purchase) was just that a CD; with Quicktime and a couple of videos of the games.

the £129.99 price tag rules..i usually find demo's pretty pointless anyway, they are ok but most people seem buy a magazine just for the demo

Naw, the CD mentioned on that page (look at the box, at the screenshots) is not the same thing as those freebie CDs.
