Ok, so this is quite possibly an issue with the iso/gcm. In case it's not, can anyone give me a hand please?
I start Dolphin, open the file, and I get the message DIrect3D device creation failed. I click ok, it comes up again and then Dolphin crashes. Now, I don't think its my GFX card, it says on the graphics screen that it should allow the games to run 'great'. I've tried switching off shaders but that doesn't work, so I didn't think the fix posted on the FAQ would help. Sorry, if it's an obvious solution, tried to look round the forums for an answer before posting but couldn't find anything. Cheers.

Um, yeah, it does that for every graphics card. =P

Ok, anyone know what might be up?

What might be up can be categorized as follows:

a) You haven't updated your graphics card's drivers properly and/or your existing drivers are more or less corrupt.
b) Direct3D acceleration is disabled or unavailable in DXDiag
c) Your DirectX installation is corrupt.
d) Your computer and OS hate you. Let them know who's boss.
e) In reality, your graphics card is far from capable, and Dolphin flat out lies at your face (I doubt this though)

P.S. You haven't even told us what graphics card you have.

I had a similar problem, which I solved by downloading these (http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=17702) video drivers. Mind you, those are only for the 8000 mobile line of NVidia cards and Vista 64, but you get the idea.
