Why cant Dolphin boot discs, There are PC drives that read them now?

Since there are pc drives out now like the "HL-DT-ST DVD rom (GDR 8164B)" the LG Drive why not support boot of discs, i how them already on disc, so why not?

ill tell you the same thing everyone will tell you buddy, Dolphin is a work in progress. and is not complete... will it one day have that fuction? maybe... but right now im sure there more concerned with it running better.

so i guess right now the only way to play your games is with the console.

I'm really tired by all the great ideas of some one time posters.
Just add a frame limiter.
Just add a good pad plugin.
Just make it work on my 32 bit and single core like the 64 bit build.
Just let it cook some coffee.
