Saving, memory card, etc

Hi,

After installing Windows XP x64 I have decided to finally try Dolphin64 (1.03.2 beta 3) - I must say that the work is very impressive, and after trying Zelda WW a bit the level of the emulation surprised me.
I have only one problem - the changes that I make to the memory card aren't saved. After I stop the emulation and restart Dolphin all the changes/saves I made are discarded (I tried deleting a save that was already there, restart the emulator - and it came back). I inspected the .raw files and noticed that they aren't modified at all.

Is there something I should do in order to enable it? Does someone know how to take care of it?

Make sure the files are not read-only in explorer.

That's the first thing I checked, all the permissions are fine, no read only..
