We need a lot more informations to help you: your system specs, your plugin configuration etc.

Could be that your graphics drivers are either outdated, corrupted or missing. Try installing the latest ones from their website.

Post the name of your graphics card/chip if you need help with that (Click Start > Run, and then type dxdiag, and look on the Display tab)

I Have figured it out But Now When It Loads I Here the sound But No Picture
And If I click anything it closes.

We don't need to know your video hardware's driver specifics; we need to know what kind of hardware you really have (video card/chip model, name), like Clements said.

Intel chipsets suck ass. But even so, you ought to be getting something out of it.
