My friends say that u can fast forward the speed of the game by pressing f4 i tried it but it dont work WHY?????

Thats FPS rate when it's ticked it stays at 60fps but when it's not the fps rockets higher depending on the part of the game higher the fps the faster the game will go.
F4 isn't a fast-forward button. It unlocks the framerate, allowing your computer to run the game as fast as possible. If your computer isn't that fast you won't see a much of a difference.
Also, you won't see a difference at all if you enable "sync game to audio" in the audio plugin.
