Mario Party 4 Video Plugin error

Hi i have downloaded mario Party 4 and when i get to the file selecting screen, I get a video plugin error! It says:

Error: unknown Opcode (0x3e)

How do i fix this?

Isn't fixable, because this opcode isn't implemented.
Btw: we don't support piracy here, so please next time, rip your games yourself!

Probably a good idea just not to say how or where you get your ROMs from period.
