well i looked around couldnt find the proper system req.

i have a

duo proc @ 2.30ghz
256mb gefore7900
2gig ram.

and i have vista btw -_-

will i be able to run gc emu`s at a good fps?

Which one are you talking about, a DC emulator or a GC emulator? Think hard now.

If you are talking about GC emulators such as Dolphin, yes you are able to, provided that you have a 64-bit operating system. Otherwise, no.
