PSE in HID2 isnt set

I have vista home premium and Dolphin 1.3

This is easy.

Step 1. Uninstall Vista
Step 2. Install XP
Step 3. Install Dolphin
Step 4. Boot up rom
Step 5. Enjoy rom
Step 6. Happy dance

Totally bullsh*t omyjosh, it has nothing todo with Vista, it's a dolphin problem on Vista AND XP, so please stop giving such advices.
