how to open a rom after download

ok i finally finished downloading super smash bros. melee and i got{files name removed}

now what do i do with them, each rar contains a .gcm file but do i extract all of them or what lol sorry its the first gc game i download

Highlight the rar file and all the other files you extracted from it then press shift + delete then press ok/yes
