Well this is getting kinda annoying I get some good speeds but one 1 screen is showing while it should be showing 2, and I get to past the title screen click A then I get a blank screen.

And that's kinda where it ends...

Any suggestions on getting the game to work on No$gba?

Have you considered the fact that it just might not work? There is very little you can do on an emulator like No$Gba with very little to no customization options to make games magically work.

That is, unless you know for sure that someone else has gotten this "Naruto RPG 3" working perfectly.
